Is it possible to get PR after only 2-3 years of employment? (no marriage)

Provided that the necessary points are gathered (which is 70).
Or the chance of rejection is very high regardless of sufficient points?

  1. If you have the points and can prove it then it’s no issue. For 70 points you have to have had those points for 3 consecutive years prior to application. For 80 points you have to have had it for one year prior to application. It’s certainly possible to apply for PR after 1 year if you have 80+ points as long as you have all of the necessary proof, have stable employment, and haven’t missed any pension or tax payments.

  2. Some apparently get PR after 1 year.

I’m not privy to their total points or other circumstances, but they are the folks who can get HSP.

  3. Definitely possible. I got mine after a year. I hadn’t even started to pay residency tax yet when I applied
