Looking to find a nice bakery, cafe or restaurant to visit on the weekend. We have lived in Yokohama for a while and often find ourselves going to the same places! Looking for any suggestions. Thanks for the help!
Minato Mirai has a few and it’s just a 10 minute walk from Yokohama Station. R Baker and MM Cafe are two good ones, and no one outside of local workers really know of R Baker’s existence since it’s kind of hidden away. I particularly like MM Cafe because their menu items change relatively frequently and their soda bar has the good ice.

Epiu is a new gelato spot that is also a wine bar. Suuuuuuuppper trendy and a great date spot. It helps that the gelato is also amazing (even better than premarche gelateria). It’s so new that google maps has trouble finding it so check their instagram at epiu_yokohama
Koori Panchi (こおりぱんち) is a really good shaved ice spot but I think they only have a few more days left before they close for the winter.
I haven’t tried them yet, but Newoman have these rooftop restaurants and cafes that look really good. You get a nice view too and its literally connected to the station. Not as hidden of a gem I guess lol.
For flaky, buttery pastries, try Duca di Camastra. It’s on the south side and really good!
