i left my apartment for 3 months and during that time i lost electricity for a long time. came back and my fridge is in a terrible condition with maggots!? who do i call do fix this and make sure it won’t happen again
You throw away the rotten food and clean the fridge. That’s all there is to do.
To ensure it doesn’t happen again, don’t leave perishable food in the fridge if you are gone for 3 months.

If its your fridge you need to clean it out yourself. If you want to throw it away you need to arrange 粗大ごみ with your city/ward office. (you will have to still clean it out). What I reccomend is on long trips away to unplug everything. Fridge you can maybe clear out but keep plugged in.

If it was left closed how did that happen?
Did flies lay eggs on the meat in the store then they lay dormant until the temperature went up and they hatched?
For the fridge, clean thoroughly with bleach or something. Throw everything out. If there is a strong smell, put ground coffee in a sock and set it in the back of the fridge for a while.
