Hello! I just turned 17 and I am currently in my final year of high school in India. I’m Pretty fluent in Japanese, Passed JLPT N2 last year and planning to give N1 in December. I Also gave the EJU scored decently on Japanese but math and sougou kamoku weren’t that good . I’ve heard that computer science programs aren’t the best in Japan but I really really want to study in Japan and although I would open to study in the USA, The USA is super expensive and Japan would cost around the same as my home country so I’ll be able to study there without any problems. My parents have saved up around like 100KUSD for my education so that would probably be my budget for a 4year undergraduate program.I’ve heard the Japanese programs are higher quality than the English counterparts and hence
I am interested in going to Japan to study computer science for undergraduate in a Japanese based program. I could find some information about English programs but couldn’t find Any straightforward paths to apply to the Japanese programs. From what I found Apparently it’s recommended to prepare for the EJU at a jyuku or a university preparatory course but from what I could find most of those were targeted to Chinese students who could speak Chinese so it’s not really super relevant for my position.
Can someone recommend me any Preparatory courses for EJU or universities or even language schools which could help me in my position or just general information which could be useful.
Or would you just recommend me to go the USA and study over there even if it’s considerably expensive and I’ll have to take out some loans for it?
