Hi there! I studied abroad in Kyoto for 3 months earlier this year and pretty much fell head over heels in love with the city. It’s basically my life’s mission now to get back to Kyoto and to stay for as long as possible. Which led me to consider language schools. I do already speak Japanese, and have been studying the language since 2016, but I haven’t been able to practice much since I graduated and I would like to focus solely on studying the language. I’m also much better at reading and writing than I am at speaking, so I would like to improve in that as well.
Which leads me to the question: does anybody have any experiences with the two schools I mentioned in the title? They seem to be a similar cost for long term courses (1 year or longer) so I would love to know if anybody has any personal knowledge of the schools that could help me in my decision. Thanks a bunch!
I looked up the subject in this sub and it seems the most relevant posts are all from a few years ago so I’m hoping for more current information.
