I am moving within Tokyo and the new apartment only have NTT Flets Hikari.
They ask me to choose from a bunch of providers such as biglobe, plala, so-net, ocn, GMOとくとくBB, etc.
I’ve been using NURO so I’m not familiar with NTT’s providers.
My concerns besides performance are services. For example, the easiness of procedure, transparent pricing. NURO was great but it doesn’t have line in my new place :(.
Appreciate any advices from experienced user.

these days provider doesn’t matter so much as long as you choose appropriate IPoE connection and have equipment that can make use of it.
so base your decision on price/payment options/english support/whatever.
