Anyone else unable to change Linemo payment method via My Menu?

My card is expiring this month, so I’m going through updating everything that uses it, yet for some reason My Menu just spouts “My Menuからの支払方法変更は受付できません。” and tells me to request a paper form.

Everything I read points to being able to change between cards without needing to use snail mail. Is this a temporary outage? Can anyone else confirm in their My Menu?

I still haven’t been charged for last month, which also makes me wonder if the error just hides the fact that it’s due to an outstanding amount.

  1. Happened to me too, had to go the snail mail route to get it changed.

    I asked why my account’s being restricted like this but they wouldn’t tell me.

    Softbank carrier billing also isn’t working.
