Hi, I’m hoping someone could help me find some info out about a restaurant I used to go to, Its a long shot I know but my Japanese isn’t so good so maybe I’m missing some info out there.
It was a Korean family restaurant in Akita city, we all went in about 2014. I heard is closed down only a few years later but that may of moved to another part of the country.
I would love to know the owners name and the name of the son who worked there.
Im not even sure of the name but I found it on street view from near the time we visited:

I would at least like to know what it was called
Edit: I think it was called 韓国料理大家 or デが or both. (I can’t speak much Japanese)

Oh man, I came into the comments to see if it was Big House, and it was! I can’t help you as I used to hang out at this place in 2008, so well before your time, but what a great blast from the past. That place was brilliant and the family who ran it were so lovely. My roommate was Korean and they emotionally adopted her ha, she used to let herself into the kitchen to help bring out dishes or to get our friends more beer.
