Has it been confirmed what actually happened at the end of this match? To me it looked like a big botch with Red Shoes counting the 3 when he shouldn’t because of Zack’s arm under the rope.
It felt like they both instantly broke character after the pin was counted and this fanfic (lol) was the two basically telling each other something like “dont worry, wasn’t your fault”. I might be misreading what happened, but they seemed really flustered and out of character after the finish.

Unfortunately, this is the last time he’ll be “bloody gracious in defeat, as there’s always someone cheating!”
You can tell Tanahashi really enjoys wrestling Zach. If ZSJ doesn’t win G1, a WK match with Tanahashi would be something I’d really look forward to. Especially, if they get a good 25 minutes on the show.
