My boss believes that he has the right one, but he has been incorrect before. I have searched a bit online to find the renewal form that the employer needs to fill out, but I can only seem to find the one that I need to fill out.
Does anyone know where I can get it?

Probably worth mentioning which category of Status of residency (visa) you’re renewing
I believe one of the pages inside the paperwork you fill out is for the employer info.
If you go online you can check the visa paperwork required and print it off:
Visa application (job/status specific)
Guarantee form( not essential, but best to check)
The 2nd page of working visa has a page for the employer to fill in, and your employer may have to give you a letter confirming your employment (simple sign/ stamped letter on company letterhead saying that you work there)
After that you will need tax certificates from the local government offices. You need to prove your taxes are up to date.
Call or visit your local visa office, there is english language support and they can help you/ explain if you are unsure.
