That’s the prettiest/fanciest ochazuke I have ever seen. If it’s homemade, your life is so much better than mine. If it’s at a restaurant, why are you ordering ochazuke at a restaurant?
One of my favorite meals ever!
I make my broth half green tea half dashi, use seared scallops as a substitute for salmon on occasion, and have plenty of green onion, sesame oil, and pepper flakes.
Man, now I’m wondering why I haven’t been able to try this. First time hearing of ochazuke. Looks delicious. Thanks for the introduction!
What is Ochazike? may I ask. Is it a kind of soup? If so; looks delicious.
