Greetings Japanese food community! About 15 years or so ago my aunt-in-law came back from Japan with the cookies shown in the picture. I’d like to know anything about these cookies, especially if anyone has tried to make them or something like them.
I’m asking this because she’s approached the age where she can’t travel back to Japan and I’d like to try and make them for her.
