   Since が only extends its reach up to the next predicate, does the subject of 語りかける have to be someone other than ナギ?

   What is the に doing (for example, it sometimes marks a location)? 彼女 also refers to ナギ I think.

   (Translation attempt ignoring the に) Nagi’s somewhat cheerful voice. Satoshi looked at her. As if sensing that, Nagi puffs her cheeks and looks away suddenly.

   Is the usage of に (in bold) different from the usage in [2]? If it is different, what is it doing?

   (Translation attempt ignoring the に) Takuya takes a peek at Satoshi’s expression for no particular reason. Satoshi looks up to the sky.

2. Is there a resource where you can look up kanji and check what common words use that kanji? For example, I learned 凄い through a beginner Anki deck, but I’m curious about what other words also use 凄 and are a part of everyday vocab.

3. I’m trying to understand this like from Gundam: “あんな老朽艦では十分な補給物資が…” I think it says something along the lines of, “If it’s that old ship, there will be enough supplies”, but the subs translate it as “Such an old ship **can’t** carry all the supplies we need.” Where does the **can’t** come from in this sentence?
