1. I don’t think so, because the checked-in luggage requires someone to pick it up at the arrival airport before going through the immigration/customs etc.

   I think you’ll have to use regular air mail as fastest option, if ship etc is too slow. But maybe anyone knows a faster way?

3. The shipping options are very dependent on your home country, but generally speaking, it’s almost always cheaper and easier paying for an additional accompanied bag than using a shipping service.
