Relocation services by Japanese company

I’m from India. I got offers from 2 Japanese companies in Tokyo. I will most probably be joining in one of the companies by end of this year.
My question is what are the most common standard relocation assistance a company in Japan offers?

So one of the company will provide support from their designated relocation company which includes one month temporary apartment, residence registrations, mobile phone services and bank account opening. The company is clear that they will not bear any travel fees to move to Tokyo. Is this common/fair? Do I expect further assistance for any other settlement support?

Edit: Adding additional information. I’m single. And will be moving alone. I have recently started learning Japanese, hopefully it will improve in the next 2 months.

I got a generous package, but I know people who got more, and I know people who got less. I know some people who got basically zero help. It depends on the budget your hiring company wants to spend, which oftentimes is based on 1) the company itself and 2) the level they’re hiring at. Senior executives typically have really, really nice packages. New grads, not so much.
