I’m really new to Japanese (We are learning about adjectives next week) but I enjoy Kamen Rider a lot so I guess I’m asking if the language is realistic enough as I probably will be influenced by the shows speech patterns. (idk im new to language learning I only know Swedish, English and some German, Kurdish and Arabic)

If you’re new and you like to watch it, just it with subs. At this level there’s no need to worry about getting influenced by speech patterns from shows/anime, studying Japanese is a long journey. Have fun with the language.
People worry far too much about picking up speech patterns and whatnot from shows. All media has speech patterns that are not “normal” – if you went around talking like a news caster you’d sound like a weirdo too but no one’s going to tell you to not watch the news. So long as you have a basic grasp of reality and understand that the way people talk when fighting evil is not how they talk while in polite company, you’ll be fine. All native material is “proper Japanese” and can be helpful.
I watched a ton of Kamen Rider and Super Sentai when I was learning. It helps that both shows are geared towards kids so the vocab isn’t too fancy (except the villains). It also served as a good milestone when I watched Kamen Rider Wizard live each week without subs and understood more than enough to understand it (except the villains, their evil is meta and affects the viewers!).
As others said don’t worry about picking up the wrong speech patterns. By the time you know enough to care about that you’ll also know enough to be consuming the kind of content that’ll correct it. The way you speak Japanese will evolve as your experience does.
Remember, all kids talk like kids in their native language but they grow out of it. Just imagine how you spoke as a kid and you turned out fine (I assume).
