Hi there! My itenerary probably needs some work, consolidation based upon geography. Totally open to any tips or advice you have about spots to visit vs. skip. We plan on eating mostly at small mom-and-pop Izakayas and similar restaraunts.
Our hotel is in Shinjuku city center by the station.
Also need some tips about Hakone making sure that the route from Shinjuku is optimized.

Day 1 – Toruisty Stuff
* Arrive in Tokyo at 3pm and check into hotel
* Explore the Harajuku area
* Visit a Mega Don Quijote in Shinjuku
* Shinjuku Batting Cages
* Evening in Golden Gai and Bar Hop! or Omiode Yokocho for dinner
Day 2: Asakasa & Ueno Park
* Skip breakfast–lots of snacks and street vendors today!
* Go to Asakasa and visit Senso-Ji Temple and Nakamise shopping Street
* In the afternoon, explore Ueno Park: Swan boats on pond, zoo, and its museums, including the Tokyo National Museum.
* Hoppy Street Izikayas for lunch/snacks
* Evening in Golden Gai and Bar Hop! or Omiode Yokocho for dinner, whichever was not visited yesterday
Day 3: TeamLab Borderless and Odaiba
* Cat cafe in the morning
* TeamLab Borderless in Odaiba in the late morning (3 hrs).
* Marikar racing in the morning (3 hrs)
* Go back to Odaiba and finish the day!
Day 4: Day trip to Hakone
* Train from Shinjuku Station, then Bus to Hakone Pirate ship cruise
* Get off pirate ship and ride the cable car
* Get off cable car at the town of Gora

* Return, Taxi/Bus to main train station and go back
Day 5: Fish Market
* Kappabashi street for kitchenware/shopping?
* Explore Tsukiji Fish Market
* Go to and Explore Shibuya
* Visit the Tokyo Skytree, shopping mall on ground level
(all are close together)
* Nintendo store
* miyashita park
* Kitkat shop
* Shibuya park+tea house
DAY 6:
* Explore Yokohama starting with Cup Noodles Museum
* More of Shinjuku!
* Consider the government building observation deck
Departure: leave HND at 6PM
