An update in september 2023 was received by India,USA and many region but in my japan variant has not arrived yet
When will i get this update any idea?

What lol. JP carrier updates are *months* behind the rest of the world, and often they stop updating after a few years or so even for flagships. S20 is ancient. It’s no longer sold by docomo, and has support (repair) until 2025.

And looking at that cadence maybe you’ll get another update in 2-4 months from now.
I’m using the same device, latest security patch level is August 1 2023. I think domestic models get updates later .
I just got my security patch update for September just a few days ago. I don’t have a Samsung though. This security update was later than usual.
