This trip will be 5 people total. We will be buying the 7 day JR Pass for travel between Tokyo, Hakone, and Osaka. If anyone has any places or activities to recommend, or changes to the itinerary, we’re more that happy to take suggestions.
**October 27th (Friday):**
* Arrival in Tokyo at Haneda Airport at around 5am.
* Go through customs and pick up Suica Cards.
* Somehow get to the hotel (maybe uber?) Drop off luggage since hotel can hold it until check-in.
* Walk to cafes, parks, and stores in the area until check-in at 3.
* Check-in to hotel in Nihombashi.
* Buy snacks at local convenience stores and rest for the remainder of the day.
* On the off chance we aren’t exhausted, go grab dinner somewhere and explore.
**October 28th (Saturday):**
* Train to Asakusa.
* Visit Senso-ji.
* Walk to Sumida for lunch at Kirby Cafe. (Reservation)
* Train back to hotel then train to Shinjuku in the evening for nightlife.
**October 29th (Sunday):**
* Train to Akihabara.
* Lunch at Hunter’s Bar. (Reservation)
* Walk around, no particular destination or schedule.
* Check out Hirose Entertainment Yard and Namco Arcade.
* Kikanbo for dinner.
* Train or walk back to hotel.
**October 30th (Monday):**
* Yurikamome Monorail to Odaiba.
* DiverCity, Tokyo Joypolis, Gundam Statue/Base, Aqua City.
* View FujiTV HQ/Statue of Liberty.
* View the Rainbow Bridge from Odaiba Park.
* Yurikamome Monorail back to the mainland.
**October 31st (Tuesday):**
* Train to Shibuya.
* Walk to Meiji Jingu and around the surrounding area.
* Lunch, refer to map for local recommendations.
* Halloween Party/Bars in Shibuya later at night.
**November 1st (Wednesday):**
* Train to Okutama.
* Chūō Line – Shinuku > Okutama
* Hiking, sightseeing, and shrines.
* Limestone caves.
* Eat at any local restaurant.
* Train back to Tokyo.
* Chūō Line – Okutama > Shinjuku
**November 2nd (Thursday):**
* Check-out of hotel.
* Shinkansen to Hakone.
* Check-in to Ryokan.
* Puzzle Box Museum if time allows.
**November 3rd (Friday):**
* Check-out of Ryokan.
* Shinkansen to Osaka.
* Check-in to hotel.
* Kobe later at night for dinner.
**November 4th (Saturday):**
* Train to Kyoto for a day trip.
**November 5th (Sunday):**
* Train to Nara for a few hours, half day trip. Maybe Universal studios after we get back for a few hours since they don’t close until 10pm.
**November 6th (Monday):**
* Check-out of hotel.
* Shinkansen back to Tokyo and check into hotel.
* Pokemon Center/Pokemon Cafe (Reservation)
* Shinjuku later at night.
* VR Zone in Shinjuku.
**November 7th (Tuesday):**
* Ueno park.
* Akihabara again and Final Fantasy Cafe. (Reservation)
* Maybe Shinjuku at night again or Rappongi.
**November 8th (Wednesday):**
* Nakano Broadway.
* Ghibli or Suginami Animation Museum.
**November 9th (Thursday):**
* Yokohama exploration and food.
* Cup noodle museum.
**November 10th (Friday):**
* Check-out of hotel.
* Departure from Tokyo at Haneda Airport at 11am.

november 5th, pick one don’t do both. universal needs a full day, especially if there is 5 of you guys. if you choose nara there is a lot to do (it makes me sad to see so many itineraries only doing day trips to nara). after researching i’ve seen many activities to do there, relax and see a different part of japan + not super crowded. few things to do:
Nara Park, Isuien Garden, Sanjo-dori shopping mall street, Naramachi Shopping District, Todai-ji Temple, Sanjo street
VR Zone Shinjuku has closed, its location is where Kabukicho Tower is now
