   And do you want/need restoration, or adequate repairs to make something playable?

   If it’s a Japanese brand/luthier, contacting them would be one thing to check on. If it’s top end spanish, US or aussie (eg Contreras, Ruck, or Redgate), there may be someone here that’s known to pro performers–so you’d need to talk with those players for that. Similarly, high-end shops might be able to refer you.
