Rafute, daikon and kabocha no nimono, agebitashi


Cooking Japanese in Japan for Japanese family, heheheh. (I’m SoCal Amerikajin) The rafute was a request from dad, and my wife always likes the agebitashi. Simmered the daikon alongside the pork in the awamori/black sugar dashi. The daikon didn’t split by the way. I couldn’t get a pic before everyone started tearing into the it. Lol
