Itinerary Check Nov 24-28th

Hi everyone. First time travelers to Japan. Going with my wife and kids; 5 and 3 yr old. Looking to get feedback/tips/suggestions on my itinerary. We really enjoy food and would like to cram in as much as possible (albeit difficult with two young kids). I am trying to incorporate some green space here and there for the kids to get fresh air and be able to run around as well. We’ll be staying in Tokyo with our hotel in Shinjuku to be close to all the trains. Any tips for being Japan with active and expressive kids would be great as well.

  1. Just my two cents but I’d actually recommend having breakfast at the hotel if you can still change your reservation. Lots of places are not open early in the morning and could be a hassle to look for breakfast place, and you might just end up going to Starbucks or something. Not to say you cannot find any breakfast places but it might make your days easier if breakfast is included at the hotel.
