Trying to register my baby and the embassy here directs you to fill out the eCRBA form online…only when I get to the “place of Birth” section and select “Japan,” it gives me the following error:
***At this time, eCRBA service is not available for the selected place of birth.***
Googling it, it seems like it should be available in Japan as there are loads of embassy links directing you to use the service. Any suggestions on what to do other than file the DS-2029 in person?
