What types of fish/seafood are in here? From left to right?
Oroshi was pretty good. All the fish here is dry-aged, hence the higher price tag. When we got it, the rice was a bit hard, but overall pretty good. The salmon was amazing. It seems that dry-aging on the fattier fish produces a really unique product. I thought I enjoyed it more than the last time I went to Yasu.
