Subject pretty much sums it up — has anyone else faced this?
I’m pretty sure this is an Apple Watch specific problem as the same cards still work on iPhone.
Mobile Suica/ICOCA on the watch works as well, so this seems to be limited to iD (and maybe QuickPay but I don’t have any cards to test).

No issue on quickpay on my side, and don’t have iD so can’t try it
I used iD on my way to work this morning as usual.
Remove the card and re-add it is usually the solution to problems like this.
