  2. I’m always disappointed when an otherwise decent sushi joint doesn’t make its own Tamago. It’s not that hard and homemade tastes so much better than that one brand of frozen too-sweet garbage that ALL places seem to use.

  3. It looks so fluffy I can’t tell if it’s actually folded.

    I’ve made a few homemade ones but never this beautiful.

    This is no lie my top favorite piece of sushi lol don’t judge me.
