So I never signed up for d-point, but I do have a Mercari account where I occasionally buy stuff, and I guess that created a d-point account for me. My question is, is there any way for me to use that Mercari created d-point account? I downloaded the d-point app but it just tells me to login to my docomo account, which I haven’t got. Potentially further complicating things, I signed up for Mercari through Facebook. Dunno if that matters at all, but figured it might be worth mentioning.
The reason I want to use the same account is so I can still use the d-points I’ve accumulated on Mercari.

You will need to make a d account with docomo. you can make one without being a docomo customer there is going to be an option for this.
then in the Mercari app/website go to”my page” thing and link to d account from there.
are you absolutely sure you do not already have a d account? are the points that you’re seeing with a d or m mark? on the 「マイページ」and「ポイント」part?
