Wasabi pea/furikaka crusted yellow-tail tataki, wasabi/avocado puree, pear/radish slaw, chiles, pieces of clementine, yuzu-pickled cucumber, baked sesame seed crisps, greens, and a hibiscus tea and clementine ponzu sauce.

Yellow tail or yellow fin? Yellow TAIL is a jack with white flesh. YellowFIN is a tuna with red flesh. Either way, looks tasty.
