Work visa after Japanese Language school

I’m studying at a Japanese language school from last year July and I got JLPT N2 this year. I was aiming to study film at Japan’s university, but had some problems and now I can’t really pay for the school fees and they don’t have any good scholarship which could support me. I talked to my boss and they said If I can’t enter to university it’s possible for me to do an exam and become the company’s employee to get a work visa and work there(I want to save money for the university). But others say it’s not possible to get a work visa If I don’t have a degree from university or vocational school. I don’t really know what to do.
Do you have any information or recommendations for me?
I’m 21 years old, male from Iran (and I have many problems here because of my nationality such as bank account and etc… )
My scores and attendance rate is close to 100%
And my work place is a rental car company which has branches all over the country and it’s so big.

Thank you 🙏🏼

  1. Without a degree or 10 years experience in select designated fields you are SOL. Internet is pretty much right on that.

If your job is talking about the exam for the 2nd and 3rd world country labor exploitation visa (specified skilled worker) then again you would also be out of luck as you have to be from specific countries just about and again I’m not sure if car rentals fall under one of the industries. And unless you are A-OK with being exploited then you probably don’t want that visa. I also am not sure Iran is one of the target countries as they never offer the test in Iran. Plus you can only work for like 5 years or something before you essentially HAVE to go home because you don’t have the qualifications to transfer to one of the other non-exploitive visas.

Also if you went to school for film it still would’ve been nearly impossible for you to have gotten a job in the film industry as well.

Maybe return home, save up money, get a more affordable degree or work 10 years in one of the common fields for work visas??

  2. why not vocational training school? they’re cheap after two years you can get a working visa ( in my case mechanic)
