Work Visa/HSFP & degree

Hi everyone!
My question is, I have a veterenarian degree, but my career has always been in game audio, and I manage to develop it well for over 7 years now.
Question is, is it possible to count points for profession unrelated degree for High-Skilled Foreign Professional Visa? Also, could I get by with veterenarian bachelor’s degree when applying for Work Visa or do I need to get related degree(sound design/audio engineer etc) to succesfully move to japan to work in the future?

    is it crucial that degree is related to my profession? how much relatable it needs to be?
