Was I right not to risk this Uni?

1. I wouldn’t eat that. Did it have a weird smell as well?

2. I posted this before even touching it. The darker areas were dry and leathery. Definitely not good.

3. No, bad sushi. No eat. Once you have Uni right from the ocean (go to the harbor and buy it off a boat), you will never eat the Uni in a restaurant or market

4. I wouldn’t eat anything from a sushi restaurant that would serve something that looks like that.

7. Take the L on the money you spent on this sushi. Far better than potentially excruciating food poisoning.
