The premium channel included in some cable packages 日テレG+ plays the Sunday/Thursday night games in real time every Monday/Friday morning (with dual audio so you can switch to the English broadcast, which I recommend as the Japanese commentary is very dull). They also play the Super Bowl and last year they played one or two college games IIRC
With the time zone differences it’s kinda difficult to show most games as they play at restaurants

If you mean like the basic 11 channels, then no.
