Bought a don witnessed it getting made and plated it myself, two different soy sauces, thick and sweet + thin and salty

  1. Would have gave this sashimi dish 10/10,But if that is Unagi sauce which I think it is that’s yuck sashimi and unagi sauce dont go hand in hand,Maybe for a roll sushi not sashimi 😭😭😭😭
