1. I find the whole political funding law very hard to understand, in terms of how it applies in practice. Check out this big-name company’s policy regarding political contributions. See if you can get your head around it (bold is mine):

   ​

   >we **do not make donations**, in principle, to specific political parties or political fund-managing organizations.

   versus

   >With regard to the purchase of **fund-raising party tickets**, as set forth in Article 8-2 of the Act, we have made purchases in a legitimate manner.
