1. Would love to see him work with strong style even if it’s just a quick tour

2. I remember him being very underwhelming. He’d go out and have nothing but *** matches despite having the potential for so much more.

3. He wasn’t any good when he was there the first time. Not every western worker that is half decent would actually work well in Japan. Please stop.

4. I was watching religiously back when he was around. I honestly can’t remember a single standout match. He was very, very underwhelming in NJPW.

6. As many others already said, Shelton was nothing special in his first run and *** general is the perfect description for him.

   Not to mention he had one of the laziest german suplexes I’ve ever seen where he couldn’t even do the bridge properly.

   Shelton is also 48. Why should I be optimistic he’s gonna put out bangers at his age?
