Itinerary check 14 days in October (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima)

Hi everyone, so my friend and I (both male and 24) are visiting Japan for the first time next week. This is more of a spontaneous trip so we are not sure how prepared we are. Mainly we want to hit most of the tourist spots and other recoomended places. I would say we are rather fit and active people, so walking around should not be much of a problem. We know we have planned a lot for Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima and that we wont be able to see everything, but we wanted to try atleast. During our stay in Tokyo our schedule is mostly flexible, except for the Tuesday and Saturday, since we already bought tickets for those days. We are open to new ideas and some things we may have missed.

Tokyo:

Day 1 Monday (02/10/23) – we will be arriving at 7 pm at Narita- pick up welcome suica or pasmo passport and take the train to shinjuku and check in at our hotel- get something to eat and go to sleep

Day 2 Tuesday (03/10/23) – Tsukiji fish market, Teamlab Planets, Shibuya crossing, shibuya sky, hachiko statue

Day 3 Wednesday (04/10/23) – Mt. Fuji, Mt. Fuji Ropeway and then go to fuji q highland (probably get the afternoon pass)

Day 4 Thursday (05/10/23) – Senso-ji in the morning and then see Ueno Park (+ zoo and national museum) and for the rest of the day explore akhibara

Day 6 Friday (06/10/23) – Meiji shrine, imperial palace, go shopping in Ginza

Day 7 Saturday (07/10/23) – Nismo showroom, see the tokyo verdy football game at ajinomoto stadium and then go to the daikoku parking area to see some cars

Day 8 Sunday (08/10/23) – nothing planned so open for suggestions

Kyoto:

Day 9 Monday (09/10/23) – travel to Kyoto, imperial palace nishiki market

Day 10 Tuesday (10/10/23) – Arashiyama bamboo groove, monkey park, fushimi inari taisha and kinkaku ji or ginkaku ji

Osaka:

Day 11 Wednesday (11/10/23) – travel to Osaka, Abeno Harukas, Dotonbori and Round1 Stadium

Day 12 Thursday (12/10/23) – Shitenno-ji, Osaka Castle, Umeda Sky Buliding, Taito Station

Hiroshima:

Day 13 Friday (13/10/23) – travel to Kobe for a day trip, see the Kobe port or go atop mount rokko with the cable car, try the kobe beef and travel to hiroshima

Day 14 Saturday (14/10/23) – Okunoshima Island, hiroshima peace memorial museum and atomic bomb dome and see miyajima island

Day 15 Sunday (15/10/23) – our return flight will be at narita airport at 10.30 pm, so there will be time to see something that we missed the previous day

So this is our itinerary and i know not everything will go to plan and sometimes it will be better to be spontaneous, but still i am looking forward to your opinions and advice.I do have some questions and hopefully you can help me:

\- since the suica card is not available, will we be able to get the welcome suica card at the airport or do we have to look at other options
\- i know that it is rather difficult to get to the daikoku parking area so some tips would be nice and is it only possible to get there by car
\- we wanted to try the famous kobe beef and would really appreciate some restaurant tips, which are not too expensive
\- will google maps be sufficient to travel around or are there other websites or apps that are useful for navigating through japan (maybe an alternative to hyperdia?)
\-do any of you have some recommendations for nightclubs in shibuya or shinjuku

Thanks!
