I’m so sorry for my stupid question (I don’t really understand about it) but, Is it possible to change my tokutei katsudou visa to work visa?
To make it clear, I’ll write the context below.
So, I’m taking a part in an intership program from my university to be able to have experience of working in Japan (I’m a student at my university in my home country) and I’m planning to change my visa to work visa before my visa expires, since I’m planning to work in Japan (not as an intern student anymore).
Is it possible to change my visa? If it possible, what does it take to change it?

Wasn’t the whole point of that visa is to give you time to find a job and then convert it to work visa.
After you done with internship then should be able to convert it to work visa.
This is from what I heard from my friends though, other might have better knowledge about it.

Don’t you have to go back first after finishing the internship? You haven’t graduated, right?
To change to a work SoR, you need a 内定 from the company and a bachelor’s degree in a field related to the job. So engineering degree for engineering jobs, management for management, etc.
An employer willing to fill out some parts of the application form for you, and willing to provide additional documents deemed necessary by the immigration officer.
