This build seems price appropriate, the components are all budget level and the 4060 is meant to be a budget card for pc’s at this price point. This will run today’s applications, maybe not at 4k 100fps in most cases, and it won’t age especially well and the small form factor and power efficiency will limit you for upgrading. But it will be useable for 4 years probably without running into an upgrade wall.
