    Took it off a carousel in Japan, had no idea. 1 of the worst things I’ve ever had.

    Sujiko is ikura raw still in the embryo sack.

  2. I found salmon roe wayyyy too salty for me, wish I could enjoy it like others do.

  3. It’s good, but the texture gets to me. I’ve tried to get past it, but I can’t do anything bigger than tobiko.
