Otaru has a bunch to see and do and it is all in one area. Half day would suffice. The ticket for the glass museum also grants access to 3 more museums and is worthwhile to consider in my opinion, esp if you have even just a passing interest in art.
I thought Otaru was okay but not as amazing as everyone seems to say…
I *loved* the Historical Village of Hokkaido and wish I’d taken the time to go to the Hokkaido Museum, too.
I waited a stupidly long time to eat at a famous soup curry place, and it was 100% worth it. The liquor milk bar place too, and it was maybe 80% worth it 😉
You can combine Noboribetsu and Lake Toya in one day. The view from the Lake Toya Onsen area is very pretty. Unlikely the cruise will operate during winter, so just enjoy and chill
Ningle terrace is in Furano. Tomamu would probably not be possible unless you are staying in Hoshino, Club med or somewhere near since the ice village is only open after 5pm.
Seems like you might just miss out on the Sapporo ice festival, something I’ll be hitting and was gonna suggest at the start of Feb
