1. Hi, OP. Just a heads up that Japan has pretty strict privacy laws. Some find it hard to believe, but taking pictures of people, even in public, and uploading them without explicit permission is sometimes legally vague. For that reason, r/japanpics has a rule about clear pictures of non-consenting subjects. You might want to take this down and keep it for your private collection. Cheers!

   >Don’t: Post or take creepshots, pictures of people riding public transportation (without their permission), pictures where non-consenting people are the clear subject, or photos taken in places where photography is prohibited or discouraged. Photographs of non-consenting individuals will be removed and may result in a ban.
