I’m suspecting my husband brought bedbugs as a souvenir from the latest business trip.
Anyone dealt with them here and can suggest products like mattress covers/encasements, diatomaceous earth or anything else that would help and be available locally?
I’ve spent the night going through Amazon JP reviews for mattress encasements but have not yet found one product that seems trustworthy (no local reviews and international reviews mention huge quality control issues … So I’m hesitant ordering from the US and possibly get a faulty product I can’t return).
I’m aware well most likely need to get a professional for a treatment but I’m also hoping to do whatever to keep the infestation getting worse.

I got a cover. Worked great. Sorry it was 6 years ago I needed it and it wasn’t from Amazon so I don’t have the details anymore. It’s just a thick cover with bug proof lining and a very good zipper than clips at the end to keep the seal. I think I paid about 10,000 for it. Wasn’t cheap.
