  1. Good idea for staying in Haneda on evening arrival. I did the same with my sister years back, and we enjoyed the cheaper hotel rates, free transport to and from the airport and also free breakfast before embarking on the Japan trip. It gives you time to reset and freshen up.

I am personally not familiar with Suginami area but have googled and found it adjacent to Shinjuku/ Shibuya area which is great. The itinerary feels very well planned out and chill. For day 4 you might want to just KIV one of the places, because for me I spent so much time in Ginza itself shopping ~4-5 hours till closing at 8pm (which most shops close at).

Also book your tours earlier to plan ahead. Day 6 is just nice for last day chill + shopping. Make sure you have ample time for transit to Haneda for your flight as it takes an hour and more (for navigating around). Check out the terminal you are flying from in advance to not arrive at the wrong one. Enjoy~
