Sorry if this is something obvious; I bought a roundtrip ticket and additional baggage allowance from Trip.com. Then found out that is not reflected anywhere on the airasia systems. Wanted some form of refund or compensation to no avail.

Yep they suck, same with the hotels just book direct, not worth the savings.

On top of that, your confirmation says 1pcs – 20kgs in more places than the 40kgs. This should have been a red flag
