I am from India and here I am unable to find manga for lower price due to import tax and duty, etc. I need to make a friend in japan to courier me manga regularly. I know it sounds crazy but, I really want to buy an original manga, here in India there are lots of fake and overpriced manga. I want to experience reading an original manga.

Buyee and worldshopping are excellent and reliable services I’ve used to import goods from Japan.
Look at websites like zenmarket, buyee or other proxy shipping websites. They do effectively what you’re asking (ship to a local japanese address, package and ship for you.)
