Do they sell those brown little cigars (something like Al Capone cigarillos) anywhere in Japan? I have been trying to find from couple convenience stores and even asked from couple local friends but I haven’t found any. I have found several online shops but I don’t want to have all that hassle from ordering online.

You can try Forte (Indonesian clove cigarillos). I always see them at don quijote and I’ve seen them at a smokers cafe and a conbini before too.
You can sometimes find toscanelo cigars at some tobacconists, but definitely not at your local Konbini.

Not sure if these are what you are looking for, I bought them at a little tobacco store in Chigasaki (Kanagawa Prefecture) Station’s South Exit called Minagawa Liquor Store. They also (obviously) sell liqour but have a fine selection of ciggs that you cant find in a konbini
Donki usually has some form of cigarillos.
If there is a tobacco shop around you they might also carry them.
Try an actual tobacconist. They have all kinds of cigarettes and cigarillos that you can’t get at convenience stores or supermarkets (usually. Some of the smaller ones don’t have much but the larger ones are usually quite well stocked so you may need to check out a few near you).
Try Le Connaisseur in Tokyo. They should have Cohiba cigarillos.
Kagaya in Shinjuku is my go-to for anything cigar related.
Ginza has a couple of nice cigar shops on the main drag, that carry cigarillos,.nice Cuban ones. I forgot the name but it’s right next to the Shiseido building and the Onitsuka Tiger store.
Also Isetan Men’s in Shinjuku may have it in the B1 floor.
