I can’t figure out why 上で is wrong here.

I’ve completed the Core2.3k Version 3 recently, and i keep seeing that there’s different ones with 6000 or 10000 words. However everything that i downloaded is vastly different from the deck i completed.
What i want is no furigana and no “guess the word in the sentence”. I just want more words in the same format as Core2.3k Version 3. Is that even available?
What’s up with imperative + って?I heard 落ち着けって in an anime but there’s no quotation going on so I’m not sure what the point of the って is?
