I’m preparing to move to Japan the next week. Today I went through all the documents and found out that the ERFS sheet doesn’t look like an original. I had all the originals including COE kept in one place. I had photocopies of each document. It seems I missed place a copy with the original. I have my flight the next week and I’m really worried that I won’t be able to find the original.

There’s no such thing as an original ERFS. It’s basically just a document that someone printed out proving that you can enter Japan. It’s all stored in the immigration database. As long as you have a copy of it you’re fine.
