I am an international student at Japanese Private University in Japan under student visa
After I finish my undergraduate here, I am planning to apply for Masters in Germany. I will apply for German student visa from Japan.
German Embassy requires Blocked account with 11300 Euro.
Is it possible for international student in Japan to create Blocked Account with 11300 Euro from money in Japan Post Bank Account?
I am talking somewhere around 2 Million yen. I will be getting the money from my relatives/friends in Japan.

Don’t you have to open the blocked account with a bank registered in Germany and then wire money into it?
