Our iron was accidentally dropped from about 2 feet on cushion floor and We immediately removed but still left the burnt mark.We stayed in the apartment for 3.5 years and moving out in about a month.
There is a possibility that Landlord will change the complete floor (about 10 Tatami) as same kind of Floor Material may not be available at the Home Center.What will be the approximate amount that i may need to pay to the Landlord for the Floor Replacement?

Should be written in your contract, taking into account depreciation of the flooring.

Something similar happened to me but with カビ… and it was surprisingly cheap, they charged me like… 2万円 or something like that.
Ask your landlord.

As per contract restoration cost will be as per Tokyo Metropolitan Government established Framework.I will contact Management company.
